Van Raalte silk knit long gloves, late 19th century
These lovely over-the-elbow gloves are knitted from delicate ivory silk. They close with three self-covered snaps. The gloves, which appear very narrow, stretch out to fit. I tried them on to make sure.
The condition is excellent. They look like they were never worn.
The size is marked 7 1/2. The gloves are 23" long.
