#7252 $250
Beaded beige crepe blouse, 1940s
Blouses from the 1940s generally have roomy sleeves that are comfortable and easy to wear.
This one features an elaborate design of iridescent metallic beads and corded embroidery on the front neckline. It closes in back with concealed buttons. The silky crepe fabric is probably rayon.
The condition is almost excellent. The under arms are lightly stained. This is reflected in the price.
It measures: 40" bust, 33" waist, 40" hip, and 22 1/2" from the shoulder to the hem.
