Nettie Rosenstein brooch, mid 20th century
Everything produced by Nettie Rosenstein, whether in fashion or accessories, had the high quality achieved only by the close personal supervision of a creative artist.
This dome-shaped brooch is a lovely 20th century interpretation of a Victorian classic. The brooch features a faux moonstone cabochon in the center, which is framed with a ring of glittering rhinestones. The textured gold tone background is set with faux pearls. The brooch is signed "Nettie Rosenstein" in script on the back.
The condition is excellent.
It measures 2" by 1 1/2".
