Wide curved lace collar, 19th century
This beautiful collar looks like handmade lace at first glance. It is a great buy for the collector who wants the look without the higher price of the real thing.
The collar is fashioned from ecru cotton thread. The lace, which is soft and supple, drapes beautifully.
The condition is almost excellent. On the inner edge is one tiny nick that can be mended easily.
The collar is 6 1/2" wide and 60" long on the outer curved edge. The inner neckline edge is 28 1/2" long.
