Ethnic style embroidered silk flapper hat, 1920s
Ethnic style embroidery was a popular design feature in the late 1920s. This delightful hat is an almost perfect match for the previously sold flapper dress in the last picture.
The hat is fashioned from lilac silk crepe de chine and is lined with ecru silk and hand embroidered with cross-stitch patterns of purple silk floss.
The condition is excellent.
The crown circumference is 23 1/2".
